Evangelism has a very high priority. By evangelism we mean: to present Christ in relevant ways as to give people ample opportunity to respond to the gospel message.
Working with churches as much as possible so that they may be built-up, empowered and envisioned so that together we may reach the City for Jesus.
Prayer is an essential part of our ministry. Thus we organise prayer events and seek to build prayer networks to enhance our ministry effectiveness.
We have a special concern for the poor, the marginalised and those in crisis situations.
Discipleship and training is an aspect of mission embodied in the ministry of Jesus thus we follow this example so as to multiply our efforts.
Financial Resources
The Mission looks to God for its financial resources. It is committed to the faith principle regarding its ministries and development. It is indebted to many individuals and churches that stand with it to realise its Mission Statement.
Doctrinal Statement
We believe in…
1. The unity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit and the eternal sovereignty of God in creation, providence and redemption
2. The divine inspiration and infallibility of the Holy Scriptures as originally given, and their sole authority in all matters of faith and conduct. The Scriptures are the revelation of God to the human race
3. The universal sinfulness and guilt of human nature in consequence of the fall, making all people subject to God’s wrath and condemnation
4. The virgin birth of God the Son our Lord Jesus Christ, His perfect life, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection and His ascension into Heaven
5. The substitutionary sacrifice of the incarnate Son of God as the sole all sufficient ground of redemption from the guilt and power of sin, and from its eternal consequences
6. The justification of the sinner solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ crucified and risen from the dead
7. The work of the Holy Spirit in illumining, regenerating, indwelling and sanctifying the believer
8. The priesthood of all believers, who form the universal Church, the Body of which Christ is the Head, and which is committed by His command to the proclamation of the Gospel through the world
9. The personal visible return of our Lord Jesus Christ in power and glory
10. The resurrection of the body and the judgement of the world by our Lord Jesus Christ, with the eternal blessedness of believers and the eternal punishment of unbelievers
